Lagu Terbaru 2012 barat / mancanegara di bulan mei ini masih mulai banyak berubah dari bulan april sebelumnya. Terlihat dari pemuncak posisi 1 lagu barat terpopuler mei 2012 ini ditempati oleh Gotye Feat Kimbra yang mana di bulan lalu lagu tersebut menduduki posisi 4.

Resep Sushi Sederhana

Minggu pagi, saatnya mencobai tempat makan baru atau...kreasi makanan baru! Dan minggu ini saya memilih yang kedua.

Kali ini saya akan membuat sushi. Bukan sushi yang susah dan ribet, tapi sushi yang sederhana saja. Sekedar memanfaatkan bahan-bahan yang ada. Kebetulan ketika melongok kulkas, saya masih punya kecap asin Jepang dan wasabi instan, dan ketika melongok lemari persediaan bahan-bahan, saya masih punya nori dan ketan. Jadi rasanya tepat kalau bahan-bahan itu saya campur untuk menjadi sushi.

Perlengkapan membuat sushi: nori, penggulung sushi, dan wasabi.

Pertama saya menanak nasi sushi yang merupakan campuran antara beras dengan ketan. Perbandingannya adalah 2 berbanding 1. Berikutnya sambil menunggu nasi matang, saya menyiapkan isian untuk sushi saya nanti. Saya menggoreng beberapa buah sosis dan chicken stick. Juga memotong-motong
